Meet Leo
Leo is a 64-year-old veteran who now works at Big E’s Sports Grill.
His Story
He served in the Navy TWICE for 12 years. After his retirement, he got a job as a dishwasher at a local restaurant.
A Lovable Coworker
His supervisor, Mimi Feliciano, is a testament to how easy it is to work with someone like Leo. She attests that Leo is very hard working and gets along with his other coworkers.
Candy Man
Mimi also said that Leo spoils them by bringing a bag of candies to work every day to give away. That’s how friendly and caring Leo is.
Happy Birthday!
So as an act of gratitude for being such a great coworker, Mimi decided to bake a cake for Leo’s birthday.
On his special day, when Leo was busy doing his work, Mimi entered the room and their other colleagues started singing Happy Birthday to him. Leo was overwhelmed with emotion. He couldn’t help but cry over his coworkers’ sweet gesture. He hadn’t been able to celebrate his birthday for years, so this really is one for the books.
