Mama Dog And Her Puppies

A man from Dog Rescue Shelter Mladenovac in Serbia spotted a mama dog with her puppies living in a box under a car.

Cold Weather

The weather was cold that day, so the mama dog was snuggling with her babies to keep them as warm as possible.

Giving Them Food

The kind man gently approached the dog and puppies and tried to win the mama dog’s trust by offering them some food.

She’s Reluctant

Eventually, the man tried to put a leash around the mama dog, but she was unwilling to wear it and ran out instead.

Her Babies First

The man then slowly and gently transferred the puppies from the box to a kennel, and when he moved away, the mama dog went back to check on her babies and ensure they were safe.

On The Way To Safety

After petting the mama dog again for a while, the man picked her up in his arms, brought her to a waiting van, and transferred the puppies again to reunite them with their mom in a bigger kennel.

Waiting For Adoption

The man brought them to the shelter and ensured that their needs are met there. They will stay at the shelter in foster care altogether until they are ready to be adopted.
