They Didn’t Leave Him

She Made A Mistake

They Questioned Her
YouTube, WXYZ-TV Detroit | Channel 7The officers stopped the driver and spoke to her. They asked her some questions to try and figure out what was actually going on because they felt that something was wrong with the kids.
Not Her Children
YouTube, WXYZ-TV Detroit | Channel 7The two officers asked the woman if the four kids in the van were her children and while she responded, “yes,” the 11-year-old, who was asked outside of the vehicle, responded, “no,” when he was asked if he knew the woman.
She’s Arrested

Hardworking Officers
YouTube, WXYZ-TV Detroit | Channel 7Detroit Police Chief James White spoke at a press conference about the ordeal and commended Officer Parrish and Officer Flannel’s hard work. He said, “These 2 officers exercised excellent police (investigative) skills… Outstanding work to Officers Flannel and Parrish, two of the hard workers in the Eighth Precinct.”
