David Mouton is a local mailman who goes through the streets of Salem, Massachusetts on a regular basis.
Whose Child Is This?
One day, he noticed a 3-year-old young boy running towards traffic so he acted immediately and grabbed the child away from moving vehicles.

As it turns out, the child was supposed to be in Salem Community Child Care, but little did the staff know that one of the children had left the premises unnoticed.
