The first step toward overcoming your fear… is taking the first step.
Sunny Day
When the hot sun is out, there’s nothing more refreshing than a dip in the water, or even a long shower at home.
Overcoming Fears
For parents with little kids, it’s quite hard to enjoy the beach when their little ones are afraid to get into the water. This is why a lot of parents enroll their children in swimming lessons even as babies.
Meet Bella
Bella is an adorable little girl who’s determined to conquer her fear today.
A Day Out With Mom
She’s having an awesome day at the beach with her mom and brother, and she also wants to be able to enjoy the water but she’s afraid to jump in.
Self Encouragement
But Bella doesn’t want to let her fear stop her from seizing the day, so she talks to herself with words of encouragement to help her gain the strength to jump. “Let’s do this, come on. I got this!” she tells herself.
Supportive Mom
Bella’s mom, who’s holding the camera, is there to support her. “Just jump, just jump! Don’t even think about it, just do it,” her mom says.
This Is How You Do It
Bella’s older brother, Jack, is also there for her. He even steps in to jump first so Bella can see that there’s really nothing to be afraid of.
Here We Go
After a few moments of hesitation, Bella finally declares, “I’m going to go in the water!” and jumps into an INCH-DEEP tiny pool.
