Laura Failner is a flight attendant who has already witnessed different scenarios on the plane.

During one of her flights to Washington, Laura noticed a frail 94-year-old woman who was struggling to find her seat.
Someone Also Noticed
Little did Laura and the old woman know that a first-class passenger also noticed the commotion but instead of being annoyed by the delay, the kind man had a surprising suggestion.
He Called Her
The man called Laura’s attention and asked her to take the senior woman to first class.
She Was Grateful
The old woman was moved by the kind man’s gesture. With tears in her eyes, she said, “Never in my 94 years has someone done that for me. Thank you, young man,” and gave the stranger a warm hug to show how thankful she was for his kindness.
Ripple Effect
As the flight went on, Laura observed a total shift in the mood of everyone on board, which meant that the man’s kind gesture had uplifted everyone on the plane. Laura said, “It was amazing how his thoughtful act changed the attitude of everyone on the flight.”
