Giving birth is one of nature’s magical wonders. It is one of women’s superpowers.
Expectant Mother
Miley the Dalmatian and her parents are expecting her to give birth.
They’re In For A Surprise
Although her vet told them to expect just three new puppies, breeder Cecilia Langton-Bunker said she is still expecting 15 or 16 puppies, despite what the doctor said.
Miley Exceeded Their Expectations
When the big day comes, all of them are surprised when Miley gives birth to a total of 18 new puppies.
She Broke The Record
The record-breaking birth of Miley’s 18 babies has been officially certified by the Australian National Kennel Council as the biggest in Australian history, which counts more than 40,000 Dalmatian births.
A Gift For The Puppies
Since there are 18 new puppies and they all still look almost the same, 18 collars were tailor-made for the big litter who previously wore colored spots on their necks to distinguish each of them.
An Overwhelming Number
Having 18 new little ones may seem overwhelming for most of us, but since dogs grow much more independent than humans, we can trust that Miley will be a great mom to her babies, of course with the help of her loving parents.
Different Characteristics
Even though the puppies are all born at the same time, they still have different personalities and hobbies. Some of them are busy breastfeeding, others just love sleeping carelessly while others are just lying around.
One Big Family
Both Miley’s mom and dad are first-time parents to the 12 girls and 6 boys, but we can rest assured that they will do their best to take care of the big litter of cute little puppies.
