A cowboy, lasso, horse, and Walmart do not seem to fit in one story. But they are all present in this one.
Meet Robert
Robert Borba has been a cowboy all his life, and this encounter was new to him.
Country Life
Robert has a working ranch where he takes care of horses and cattle. He has almost everything he needs but certainly, there are times when he’d visit the city to fetch something from the grocery.
There’s Always A First Time
He’s learned the expertise in lassoing, but he never thought he’d use it on a bike thief.
Unusual Place
He went to the Walmart store in Eagle Point, Oregon to get some things, and while he was in the parking lot, he heard a woman scream.
An Act Of Crime
Robert looked around to find where the lady is. He spotted some guy on a bicycle flying past him, and then he realized that the guy on the bike stole it from the woman and was fleeing the area.
Some Cowboy Moves
With no hesitation, Robert galloped after the thief, lifted his lasso, and took aim. With his expertise, stopping the guy in his tracks was super easy.
A Bit Of Confusion
The people called 911 and the dispatcher and the responding policemen would have been confused at the report about a cowboy who roped a thief at the Walmart parking lot, but they came into the scene anyway.
The End Of Story
The officer arrived and saw one man with a lasso riding his horse while holding on to the rope that secures another man’s ankle who was tied to a tree. The woman got her bike back and the police had a criminal in custody.
