I wonder if OP is undiagnosed ADHD. It presents so differently in girls that it's often overlooked. It's accompanied by depression and anxiety. Unfortunately, instead of talking things out with her, her dad is putting up a wall instead.
This is textbook s****l harassment and should have been reported to HR and the Medical Board overseeing her licensing
