It's not Uncle Jim's call. It was left to you in your grandmother's will. Lara is not her decendent & has no right to it.
It was attention-seeking behavior & they know EXACTLY what they did & don't care. NTA but they sure are.
The only reason I can think of why she wouldn't want you there is if she cheated on you with a person of different color & she wasn't sure whose baby it would be.
