Call Child Protective Services and report your parents, OP. This is a dangerous issue and maybe you can take custody of your sister until your parents have the mold removed.
I would probably throw in that your dad and aunt are somewhat to blame too. They had to see that Nana was playing favorites with her grandchildren over the years and neither of them stepped in to stop it.
