When I was in college, this guy kept parking in someone's yard. The owner left notes and had the guys car towed, but that didn't stop him. The owner was fed up. He bought quick dry cement and the next time the kid parked his very expensive car in that yard, the owner built a brick wall around it. The kid was livid! He took the owner to court. The judged bawled the kid out for being unreasonable and insensitive. Then he ruled that the owner had the right to build a fence on his own property and made the kid pay the owner's lawyer fees! The owner left the fence up for a month then tore it down. The kid never parked in that yard again!
