I guess replacing the manager with another person who didn't know what they were doing was the solution most big companies go with (you know, "by the book" instead of common sense).

So sorry you became an Atheist. How can you possibly look around you and declare there is no God? God is concerned for your soul, Not your physical being. Your body is just a vessel to house your soul. Do you not see a soul when you look into some one's eyes?
