And then she could of said nicely "I'm in a bit of a hurry, may I walk past you", I know I'd said sure go ahead, and the way you sounded, sounds like you would have as well.
Technically after so long of using something like that ( In NY it's like 20 years, when I lived in Il, think it was 10 yrs, it becomes an easement.
