Not only is OP NTJ, she should tell HR that they need to send out a notice pointing out that employee medical records are private and unless specifically told by the employee in question about medical issues AND that it's OK to spread the info around, that no employee should mention private medical information to other employees.
Parents and sister are nuts. Don't even invite the OP to the sister's wedding, then demand sister be a part of OP's wedding that parents want nothing to do with? W*F?
