I understand where the mom is coming from in her frustration about how a lot of times able-bodied people take advantage of accommodations for people with disabilities however it was wrong of her to yell at you for 10 mins.
I would say neither of you are jerks. I would be for your sister as a disabled person who values the ADA however it's important that your fiancee is also comfortable too. Maybe you could have a compromise have your sister bring the dog with her but sit in the back during the wedding ceremony. The reason why your sister may be planning to bring her service dog is because weddings can be overwhelming places to be.
I would say that it is rude of the manager to speak another language in front of you however at the same time, why aren't you taking the time to learn at least a bit of their language? I'm Deaf and use ASL and would love it if more hearing people learned it but it's not always on me and other Deaf people to teach hearing people ASL all the time.
Her parents are encouraging her bad behavior in order to get what she wants. However I think grounding her for not eating is a little harsh. I would suggest to her parents that they look into services for kids who are Autistic so as to help her understand boundaries better. I'm also Autistic and have a history of meltdowns but my parents were better people. (There were no smart phones or tablets when I was 7).
