It sounds like the OP’s averse reaction to eating certain foods is due to ARFID. From what I’ve heard, it can be frustrating to try to eat something your body considers unpleasant because of reactions like this.
I second this 100%
The teacher was being really ableist for trying to forcibly remove your accommodations that were provided by a professional to aid in your academic career so you could succeed. I don’t know how it works everywhere else, but that right to accommodations should be protected by law, and threatening a lawsuit would definitely get their attention.
