I really agree with this. As someone with a degree in Hospitality and years of retail and customer service experience, that woman should NOT be serving the public or selling product. She's judgmental and horribly rude.
This is not really true. If management and owners were paying attention and hands on, situations like this wouldn't happen. That service person didn't get any backgrounds checked on him, obviously, or the proper training and discipline to begin with. Store deserved what it got if the owners can't even handle their own employees. The OP is NOT responsible for reporting all incidents and making sure the management is aware. Management is responsible to keep their employees in check and in line.
