Besides the fact that the teen is doing well in school regardless of a C, the sister is the jerk for making her 14 year old go to chemo alone?? W*F? Who even does that?
YTJ. You don't get to make office decisions based on YOUR lack of willpower. Stay in your lane.
Let him go. If he can't see the huge violation of what she is doing, you don't want him anyway.
No but, if it helps, write down what you went through for a LIFE jeopardizing illness and explain that her comparing that to standard pregnancy issues was not only demeaning but, super insensitive to a cancer survivor.
