AITJ For Not Hiring A Nanny?
To me it sounds like the husband is a complete man-child who wants to be babied and is mad/jealous that the baby gets what he feels entitled to. Drop the man and love your baby. Ntj
It's actually illegal to evict someone for getting/having an ESA. Also ESA's help a lot more than just meds and other forms of treatment.
Seems like you didn't read the whole story or my whole reply. They tried to be there for him in that 15 years. And I said he was the jerk for what he said and viewing family that loves and cares and tries for him as worthless, NOT for not putting effort to see them back. It's like you saw the "ytj" and didn't bother reading after that. Learn to read the whole thing before jumping at people. Cuz yeah saying something like that absolutely makes him a jerk and viewing them as WORTHLESS because HE doesn't want to put in effort absolutely makes him a mega a*****e. AND it's not putting in effort JUST because they're family, it's because they're putting in effort and trying and just want to be part of his life. It's not like they're being toxic like most stories I've read on here, they just want to be there for him. If it was an instance where they were toxic or expected him to do all the work of maintaining the relationship then yeah drop them like a dirty shirt but it's not like that. They aren't toxic and they're willing to do most of the work, he basically just needs to answer the d**n phone and maybe every once in a while make a call himself. It's not much especially for the benefit. If his life ever turns to s**t then he'll have a support network who loves and cares for him to help him back on his feet.
That's interesting I didn't know that. I get people wanting to give boys a better chance but it shouldn't come at the expense of the girls.
