Ytj an entitled one at that. If someone literally takes care of your child. Picks them up, babysits them, feeds them, loves them, takes an active involvement in their life, spends their money on them, even lives with them part time then they absolutely should be able to discipline said child (in a non physical way).
If I’m your brother I absolutely don’t want your pos husband there and not you. I would 1000% choose my sister attending my wedding over my friend if I had to choose
