I don't understand any of these people that are offered accomodations when they're desperate and don't go above and beyond to make the least amount of disturbance to their host. It screams ungrateful and entitled. Kick her out. Let someone else deal with her nastiness.
Lock your door. There's 0 reason for him to be in your room especially not eating in your bed. Gross.
If you never met him, how would he even know about the box? They're being sketch. I'd hide it before it disappears.
