YTJ. Nothing kills a kid's love for reading faster than being forced to read books they're not interested in. I was a very advanced reader, and hated being told what I "should" be reading. Fortunately, my parents encouraged my interests (they let me read Nabokov's "Lolita" in middle school) so I never lost my enthusiasm for reading. Stop trying to control what your daughter reads; otherwise, she may lose her interest altogether.
