Definitely ntj, move as far away from them as possible, go LC and keep your address and location private if possible or you'll open your door one day to find him & his belongings expecting to move in with you once your mum retires and wants to move, she'll expect you to accommodate him and fund his every need & want for the rest of your life. Time this man child was given a dose of reality and made to start functioning properly. Pre warn your mom that you won't be taking over her current enabling role once she is ready to move, she'll either have to straighten him out or accept that she's stuck with the monster she's created, ask her what she thinks he'll do or how he'll cope when she's no longer around as you will never take on the dead weight that he is, good luck
