It was designed by Harbor Cottage Houseboats in Somerset, Kentucky, and sits at just over 400 square feet. But does it lack luxury? Not one bit! In fact, this boathouse contains two porches and two bedrooms with the ability to sleep six.
“It packs in a lot of full-sized amenities because I think a lot of people look at tinies and they think they’re really neat and novel and kind of cute, but I think 90 percent of people wouldn’t try and live in one,” Jimmy Hamilton, who is the co-owner of the home, explained. “What I’m trying to do is make a tiny that is also something that people actually want to live in.”
The modern kitchen contains an island, as well as all of the essential amenities such as a fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, a stove, and a microwave. In the main bedroom, you’ll find a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has a beautiful bathtub as well as a full vanity mirror. In fact, one of the decks even contains a hot tub.
But all of these attributes don’t hold a flame to the price of this extremely stunning home. It starts at $99,000, which means that if these cool homes were to start popping up in various locations, vacationing or living beautifully in your favorite state would be a lot easier!
