It looks like a lazy Sunday afternoon for these two! Baby Lucca and his new best friend Paje, the American bulldog, are hanging around, getting comfy with each other. Both are calm and totally relaxed, neither of them in a rush to go anywhere, let alone budge an inch. Baby Lucca is wrapped up in Paje’s front legs showing no signs of distress or discomfort. He clearly feels at home and happy to be with his new best friend.
While Lucca and Paje are together bonding (supervised, of course!) mom had the right idea to catch all of the cuteness on camera. Already providing a safe space for her little man, Paje did something super extra adorable that added to the moment.
Lucca’s body weight is supported by his outstretched arm as he leans in to get closer. Paje’s front leg lifts up, and after a big yawn, he nuzzles towards the baby to gently lick and kiss him! Nothing too slobbery either, just equal parts tender and heartwarming!
This family is blessed to have such a loving pet that considers the baby to be one of his own. The two have a really beautiful bond that will continue to deepen as both dog and baby continue to mature.
