We all have other things we’d rather be doing. There are some chores and necessary routines that, for a moment in time, feel better left undone. It’s easy to make a mountain out of a molehill in your head, like dreading having to fold laundry or go to the dentist. Of course, there are certain tasks that you want to put off from doing, so you procrastinate or ignore and try to get out of it. But if you do that for too long, it just gets worse, like with this hilarious husky who just doesn’t want to have a bath!
And now he’s stinky, and his owner, Suzanne, won’t let it go on any longer. Apparently, this drama happens every time Monk is due for a bath, but this time, she caught it all on camera.
Monk is dirty. He’s a dog after all, and Suzanne is fed up with smelling him. So off they go to the bathroom. The water is running and the shower is all ready for Monk to jump in, except, he’s not budging. Monk has placed himself in the corner of the bathroom, sitting down, trying to avoid Suzanne’s advances. This is one gorgeous pup and he’s being really stubborn. He runs towards the door and realizes he’s stuck. He does a spin trying to see if there’s another escape route, but there isn’t.
He sits down and starts to yell! Barking and throwing a tantrum before dramatically collapsing to the floor – 2-year-old style – and lying down in protest. He’s howling, and actually replying to his owner! The two are engaged in a back and forth conversation – she’s trying to get him in and he’s trying to stay out. To top it off, Suzanne says, “This is what I go through, every time I give you a bath.” The poor woman goes through this on the regular! Monk is one fussy husky, and although it’s frustrating for mom, it sure is amusing for the rest of us!
