We all love a good conversation. It’s the best time of our lives when we can kick back with our loved ones, coffee mugs in hand, and talk endlessly about everything and anything under the sun. Not to mention, that time goes by much quicker when you’ve indulged in a good conversation. If us humans can keep on talking and talking, then why should it be any different for our furry friends? Is it because they don’t speak, but bark? What if we told you that some of them are actually in training to hold an entirely sound conversation with you shortly?
Samson the Newfoundland is an example of an adorable pup who is trying his best to talk like his human. How do we know? We’ve been keeping a close eye on him through the video shared below!
It’s said that dogs pick up on speaking and behavioral patterns, and ways to imitate others, all based on how their owners interact with them. As you watch Samson, notice that he’s trying so hard to mouth the words that mom is saying out loud. By the looks of it, this smart dog understands what it means to “talk” because every time the woman says “talk,” Samson perks up and is ready to have a human-like conversation.
It also seems like he’s understood that if you want to say something, all you have to do is open and close your mouth over and over again and wait for a sound to come out. And, voila — you’re talking! The video of Samson trying to converse is funny!
