Mom-Of-3 Desperately Wants A Life-Changing Makeover So Husband Buys Her An Instant Pot

Everyone aims for a healthy lifestyle. We all want to lace up our running shoes and hit the street for a brisk walk or jog at the end of the day. If the weather isn’t cooperating, similar to the situations outdoors these days, then we want to run on the treadmill, lift some weights, or even go for a swim to make sure we get in a good dose of exercise.

But, although we all WANT to workout, sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day. Before you know it, the clock hits 10 PM, and you’ve managed to take the kids to their soccer game, finished up that last minute call for work, prepared dinner, and put everyone to bed. All that was left out during the day was going to the gym.

For anyone who can’t commit to regular exercise, a good way to start monitoring your health is by eating healthy. I know, even this one is a feat sometimes because there is so much going on in the day and there is nothing more tempting than ordering in after a long workday. But, sometimes you have to fight the urge to Uber Eats your family’s meal and put in the extra effort for the sake of healthy eating. Sure, there may not be time to make a delicious roast beef with a side of mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables—this would take about 8-10 hours in the crockpot. But, there are alternatives to everything, and there is one for cooking as well!

Introducing the Instant Pot, a kitchen appliance that will make dinner and healthy eating so much easier. Don’t believe me? Tune in to blogger Brittany Williams’ success story! As per a news report on Good Morning America, Brittany credits the Instant Pot for her 80-pound weight loss journey, and it’s quite incredible!

She admits that she didn’t have such a good diet while growing up. Fast food is everyone’s go-to, and Brittany remembers eating a ton of fast food while she was young. Soon enough, her weight reached a point where she knew she had to make a change.

Brittany’s husband gifted her the Instant Pot, and she hasn’t looked back since. She says, “it makes cooking healthy food fast, and that’s what I was missing. I was missing the convenience factor.” Unlike the crock pot, the Instant Pot is an electric pressure cooker that makes food extremely quickly.

Brittany goes on to say that “you can have 30 minutes to dinner time, throw everything in your Instant Pot, and still make it to the dinner table in time.” The woman wanted to get rid of all processed foods from her diet, and in 2017 she made a pact with herself to do so. She makes a meal in the instant pot every single day and has lost 80 pounds.

Who knew an Instant Pot can serve more than one benefit?!
