I grew up with a cat and anyone who’s also had one or knows anything about cats knows that felines are put off by water — any kind of water! They don’t like to go swimming, and they won’t jump in the pool or the lake. They don’t like ponds, or water hoses, no spray bottles and they certainly don’t like showers. Not even a little bit!
This video made me laugh out loud extra hard because this just isn’t what I’m used to! I guess dogs are different because this pup sure looks like her day is made when her owner says the magic word!
It’s just a typical afternoon for Misty the corgi. Everything is business as usual – walks, naps, snack time, play time. The same old, same old. But when dad yells out just this one word, Misty goes absolutely bonkers, and tears through the house to get to the bathroom. What’s the big rush? Well, this adorable pup goes nuts when she hears the word, “shower.”
All dad has to do is yell “shower,” and Misty will rip around the corner, and dive headfirst into the bathtub, it doesn’t matter which shower or bathroom it is. She doesn’t discriminate! This adorable and very hyper pup will get just as excited for any shower in any bathroom in any home!
While some of us might look at a shower as a chore (or if you’re a cat, the worst possible thing ever!), Misty couldn’t be more thrilled to take part in the showering process. This video is an adorable montage of Misty’s best shower moments, shot in three different households, from the moment when dad yells, to when Misty runs and jumps in ready for action. There’s a scene where she actually opens the shower door with her mouth! It’s extra cute when dad runs the faucet, and the pooch starts biting the stream of water! Apparently, Misty has been doing it since she was a puppy, and it’s only gotten more hilarious as she’s grown older. It’s just all way too cute! With nearly 1.8 million views, you can see why it’s done so well, and why you’ll want to watch this one a couple of times!
