Some songs have a magical quality about them that makes you want to listen to them over and over again. You could play them on repeat and never get tired of them. They are songs that you go back to year after year and each time you listen to them; it’s like reconnecting with an old friend.

Very special songs are often covered over and over, performed by countless artists over the years. With each musician comes a slightly different performance and emotion which makes it uniquely special.
One song that has been covered by many different artists is Simon and Garfunkle’s “Sound of Silence.” It’s a hauntingly beautiful song, but when South African musicians Ruhan du Toit and Deon van der Merwe from a Touch of Class perform it, they offer something else entirely.
