Woman In Gorgeous Ball Gown Twirls To Show Off Totally New Dress

Many little girls have watched Cinderella at some point in their lives and imagined themselves wearing their very own glass slippers. They have envisioned themselves as princesses, delivered to the ball in a gorgeous coach. As they make their way into a magical, royal celebration, all heads turn to see the beautiful girl in the stunning, shimmering gown.

We all know how the story ends and that Cinderella gets her very own happily ever after. But, sometimes it’s difficult to tell whether girls want a happily ever after, or just a single night in the dress of their dreams. For some girls, it’s the coach, the dress, and the ball that are the stuff of dreams and fantasies.

However, real-life isn’t a fairy tale and most girls will never go to a royal ball unless you’re Meghan Markle, and the odds of marrying a prince are very low. There are some traditions that give girls the opportunity to dress up in fancy gowns and dance with their “prince,” but these types of events occasions are less common and less formal. The opportunities to dress up and stun a crowd of onlookers are very few and far between.

But, the little girl in all of us still wants that princess gown for her very own. When Ivy Thompson learned of a masquerade ball in Seattle, she saw the perfect opportunity to wear that amazing gown. But, she wanted to design something unbelievable that no one else would have. There was only one problem—Ivy didn’t know how to sew.

That tiny detail didn’t manage to stop her. I don’t know about you, but from the looks of the finished gown, I think that Ivy must have had the help of a fairy godmother to make something so beautiful. It must have been hours of hard work to make the gorgeous garment.

Finally, the day of the ball comes and Ivy stands in front of the camera to show off her amazing creation. But, she has a surprise. As she spins around, the dress completely transforms into something even more beautiful. I have no idea how she managed to produce the first dress without sewing experience, but the finished product is an absolute triumph. I would love one of these gowns for myself!

See Ivy’s stunning creation and its jaw-dropping transformation in the video below!
