When a pet finds the toy of their dreams, good luck finding anything else that entertains them as much. Once your kitten or puppy makes up their little mind that this is their toy for life, you’re going to have difficulty removing it from their paws, no matter how chewed up or torn apart it is.
This is Finn, the sweetest Dachshund, and he’s in for a real treat. Just wait till you see what happens when his owners bring out a blast from the past – he makes the cutest face ever and the happiest little sounds that are too adorable for words!
Finn was just a teeny tiny puppy when he met his favorite toy in the world, Piggy, a small, plastic squeaky toy that looks like a pig. As a young pup, Finn ripped through a couple of them, but then his owner, Kyle Jason Lowell, managed to take one away and keep it for him five years later.
So when Kyle took it out of storage and reintroduced it to Finn, you can see the dog’s eyes in this video light up. The moment he comes in contact with Piggy, Finn starts making little squealing noises of his own that are so delightful and sweet. This is a touching moment where Finn is over the moon excited to be reunited with Piggy.
About keeping the toy away from Finn for so long, Kyle says, “… he destroyed several pigs before we upgraded him to more durable toys. Oddly enough, he’s very gentle with this one. Carries it carefully from room to room.”
