Cows Are Released After Being Kept Inside for 6 Months

I think we can all agree that being locked inside your house for a few days can eventually become a little claustrophobic. Yes, it’s relaxing in the beginning, but after a while, you have a sudden urge to go outside, take a walk, and breathe in some fresh air.

In the video down below, there’s a video about animals – more specifically, cows – that feel the same way. They may be able to withstand being indoors, but after being locked in for too long, they need to be able to move more than a couple of feet and enjoy the fresh air.

The cows were locked indoors during the winter because of the cold weather that had snow piled up outside like mini mountains. They were kept inside of a barn for a whole six months before spring finally came again.

The video starts, and there’s no missing the audience filled with people and children with their cameras out right beside the barn, anticipating the release of the cows.

A man slides open the barn door, and it takes the cows a second, but eventually, they start making their way out of the barn. I know, you’re probably thinking, how is this at all exciting?

I can explain it (and I will), but you do have to watch the video to see what happens next and get the full feeling of the way the cows run to leave the barn.

The thing is, these cows didn’t just want to leave the barn, they were eager and excited to leave it, so when the man opens the doors, the cows run out of there! One by one, each filled with excitement, they run out, and they all literally leap with joy! The crowd mutters in excitement as they take in the sight before their eyes.

You can clearly see the cows’ happiness in the way they jump out into the green field, and it automatically brings a smile to your face. They start mooing, and they just continue to jump left and right.

Another shot shows a calf running like the Flash around the field, his little legs just barely holding him up as he jumps around. A couple of minutes later, the cows are still having fun, dancing and jumping around the fresh grass and enjoying their newfound freedom.

If you’d like to see the minute-long video of the happiest cows in the world, just watch the video down below!
