Like our favorite song to listen to, we all have a tune that we love to dance to as well! It’s that song that makes you get off your seat when you’re at a party and jump onto the dance floor. Or, what about when your song comes on the radio in the car? It’s this tune that you can’t help but bop along to regardless of who might be watching you while you’re dancing, sitting in traffic.
For some people, this song can be a catchy tune that you recently heard on the radio. Some popular numbers include Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off,” and Silento’s “Whip Nae Nae.” I’ve seen a lot of people shake a leg or two to these songs, and it’s always a hit regardless of where I go!
I’m also one of those people who enjoys a good pop song to dance along to. If I were ever to be a part of dance show or talent show, I think I would choose a popular song to get my audience hyped and into the mood for dancing — a good pop song will always do the trick! But, although I would choose a more recent song to jiggy to, the couple in the video below thought to go old school, and boy, are we glad they did!
Bianca Locatelli and Nils Andrén have been dancing together since as long as they can remember. Their swing dancing skills have made the two so popular that they travel the world to perform; they’re so passionate about their dance! The pair doesn’t just go to perform, they also like to teach people how to dance and enjoy the dance form as much as they do!
In a video taken from the “Rock That Swing” festival in Munich, Germany, Bianca and Nils are at it again. They’re dressed to the nines; Nils is wearing a grey suit with a white button-up shirt and dark tie; Bianca is rocking a beautiful midi dress and her hair is pulled back into a Victorian-style updo. They’re ready to impress their audience, that’s for sure!
Just when the crowd thinks that something modern will come on through the speakers and that the pair may have chosen a fun pop or hip-hop song to entertain to, on comes the hit song “Hey! Baby!” For everyone who doesn’t know, this was an unforgettable song from “Dirty Dancing.”
Of course, everyone in the room instantly recognized the song and went wild — I don’t blame them!
