I remember wanting to be a singer for as long as I can remember. I would always tell my parents that I want to be a part of a concert and I would love to perform for a large audience one day. They were always supportive, but my interests changed quite drastically as I grew up and off I went into a different form of art.
But, there is one little girl who is serious about being a singer, and she’s working her best to pursue her dream career — she’s on the right track since she’s starting out young and her voice is beyond beautiful for a child.
The world is no stranger to Claire Crosby. Everyone knows this little girl and her immense singing talent. The viral video of her singing at the age of three took the internet by storm, and everyone knew that Claire is a star in the making. If there’s anyone who bought this star inside her to life, then that credit goes to her dad. Her dad recalls the time that he used to sing lullabies to her before bed.
Every night he would go to Claire and sing her the same lullaby, he says that one night, when she was about one-and-a-half, his daughter suddenly began singing the lullaby back to him and from there he knew that she would be an exceptional singer. The little kid has all the talent needed to succeed in this profession.
At just 3-years-old, Claire’s very first video reached 100 million people; her parents recorded her singing a song from “The Little Mermaid,” and she instantly gained a fan following. It was after the success of this video on YouTube that Claire was invited to interview with Steve Harvey on his show “Little Big Shots.” She was also asked to perform on stage, and that’s when she won even more hearts.
Claire took the stage with her cute presence while wearing a pink, frilly dress. She sang her heart out, and the audience appreciated every moment of her routine. She sings with confidence and the innocence that children embody. She doesn’t care what people think of her, or who’s saying what about her act. All she knows is that she’s up there to sing and that’s what she does.
We’re sure mom and dad are extremely proud of Claire and all her accomplishments so far.
