Through their development stages, babies offer a wide array of new moves and skills. We all anticipate our infant’s first crawl, their first sitting session without support, and of course, their first few steps. It is little things like this that make raising children so unique, and as parents, we don’t want to miss a second of it.
One mother found that her baby had something unique to offer, even before they learned how to walk. Thankfully for her and us, she caught it on camera! With over six million views and counting, the red-headed baby showed off its newly-developed river dancing skills!
Imagine. You’re changing your baby’s diaper and then all of a sudden they start breaking moves you’ve never seen a baby do before! Shimmy and shake and be all cute! Well, this mom knew right away that her baby was something special. It’s not every day that you get to see this. She knew right away that this was something she had to post online for others to see. Truthfully, there’s nothing I’d rather watch than this today, or even better, on Saint Patrick’s Day!
Some may say that the baby’s moves are typical as they exercise their tiny leg muscles before the crawling and walking stages. But doesn’t it seem like this baby has a little something extra? Of course, we have all witnessed infants kicking their legs, and this is exactly what this baby did. However, with the addition of Ronan Hardiman’s song, “Cry of the Celts” playing in the video, it sure did give the impression that this babe could be a dancer in the not-so-far future.
At some parts of the video, the camera pans in on the baby’s face, and we can see the joy in its eyes. This is the baby that keeps going and going and going… full of love and light and sweetness. Then right when we think the child is tired out, he/she quickly busts out a variety of new moves. This kid has boundless energy before coming to a close and ending the mini-performance on a high note! Maybe next time we’ll get a stand-up performance! I think this little angel certainly made one of the top river dances on the web, don’t you agree?
