We love our dogs for their cuddly nature and personality. They’re fun and goofy and have such spunk. They also have the innate ability to know when we’ve had a hard day, coming to our rescue and continuing to love us unconditionally, no matter how much our bosses came down on us. It’s just how they are!
But, it’s because they’re this way, that they expect the same in return – coming to their rescue and loving them unconditionally. This is easy to do on any given day, but after a stunt like this, it takes a few moments to remember to breathe deeply and not freak out.
Winston the white boxer just wants to have fun. He’s clearly got a curious nature and likes to explore. Left to his own devices, the mischievous pup was outdoors enjoying his playtime on the grass. He’s got a thing for sprinklers and hoses and was having a grand old time frolicking when it must have gotten too hot, or he just wanted to go inside.
But, Winston wasn’t ready to part ways from the hose. Owner Roxy Dinkel says, “Apparently, Winston was having so much fun playing with the hose outside, that he thought he’d bring it inside.” So, he drags it in with him through the open door to the house to continue the fun there. Thanks to the epic security cam installed in the corner of the dining room, we folks have front row seats to the Winston show. For the following few minutes, we have a full-on performance of this sneaky pooch getting wet and wild with the hose in the living room.
Everything is wet. He first drags the hose into the kitchen on either side of the island just to make sure everything is properly soaked. Notice how he even slips and slides a little at one point. Another pup comes into view, poking her head in to see what the commotion is, but promptly changes her mind and leaves the scene of the crime. She doesn’t want anything to do with Winston’s antics!
Next, he makes his way to the carpet in the living room, pushes the hose around a bit, leaves it to go back outside, then returns and plays with it some more. It’s unclear exactly how long this goes on for, but it appears to be approximately 10 minutes of super soaking the house! And at the end, he actually picks up the hose in his mouth and brings it back outside. While I’m sure his owners still love him, the title of this hilarious video is “Who wants a FREE white boxer?!?!” What a little rascal!
