Chick-fil-A Employee Runs After Car That Took Off Without Their Full Order

Chick-fil-A is known for many things: the original chicken sandwich, generally great quality for a fast food restaurant, and most importantly, their top-notch customer service. Chick-fil-A is even closed on Sundays to allow their employees time to go to church if they choose to attend. Thus, this Georgia-based chicken chain stands out from most fast food chains we have today.

In fact, a Chick-fil-A employee was caught on film chasing after a car to deliver the remaining half of a customer’s order when they took off without it. While the name of the employee is unknown, the video has since earned nearly 4 million views.

In the viral clip, the male employee is quickly sprinting with a Chick-fil-A bag across the street until he reaches the black SUV that took off without the remainder of their order. Whew, just in time!

While the person filming the video is off in the distance, so we can’t hear the conversation that went on between the employee and the customer, we’re pretty confident that the customer was incredibly impressed and will be coming back to Chick-fil-A again in the near future.

Just this 22-second video alone says a lot about the integrity and selflessness of the employees at Chick-fil-A. In the comments section, Facebookers are moved to say the least.

One Facebook commenter on the video says, “Probably had his extra sauce (free of charge) extra napkins, the fries were probably still hot and nicely tucked in the cardboard box! Chick-fil-A treats you like family.”

Many in the comments compare the service of Chick-fil-A to that of its competitor fast food chains. Others talk about their own positive experiences at the chicken restaurant.

“Chick-fil-A has the best customer service! I have never dealt with anyone that had an attitude, my order has always been right,” says one Facebooker.

“It’s great that this employee was caught on camera, but I can vouch that it truly is our pleasure. Customer service is what makes Chick-fil-A so remarkable,” says a previous Chick-Fil-A employee.

If the video doesn’t prove that the restaurant’s employees are properly trained, I don’t know what will! Surely, if you’ve eaten here before, you probably know first-hand what this chicken restaurant’s service is all about.
