Oh, how I would love to be a kid again. If I were to go back in time, I would not only take advantage of all the nap times that I fussed over but also go back to living the healthy lifestyle that I used to. By “healthy lifestyle” I mean playing sports 2-3 times a week, and taking dance lessons once every weekend. Let me tell you that I love to dance, and had I pursued those lessons for longer, I would have loved to take it up professionally!
It seems like the two kids in the video below know exactly how I feel, the only difference is that they’re going places with their dance moves — they’re impeccable!
Enter a fine day in what seems to be a mall. People are walking around, casually going about their lives, shopping to their heart’s content. Suddenly, a little girl comes out of nowhere, music starts to play loudly on the speakers, and she breaks into a beautifully-choreographed dance routine.
But, she’s not alone. Just as her dance moves show her putting on some makeup (in front of a mirror made by her hand), a young gentleman enters the scene. He goes to tap her on the shoulder, so she knows he’s there, and off he goes, dancing to the beat of the music like never before. The two pick up one another’s steps, and soon enough, they’re dancing in perfect sync without caring for a thing in the world.
The crowd around them keeps growing, and everyone is all smiles as they watch the two kids set the floor on fire. Everything from the kids’ outfits to their priceless facial expressions is worth watching over and over again. They get so into the performance that they forget that there are so many people watching them. And, that’s how it should be! You should be able to get into everything you enjoy just like that, without worrying about what others are thinking of you!
