When you’re new, everything is new! There are things popping up everywhere and experiences to be had every second. Senses are overloaded with all kinds of things to smell, see, touch, hear and do. Life is really exciting when you’ve just arrived, and this little pup is all over it.
He is an 8-week-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Sebastian and his lust for life is so refreshing! Everything is going great for Sebastian until his encounter turns a little sour (quite literally).
There’s a lime slice on the ground and it’s the first one Sebastian has ever seen. Naturally, he wants to investigate, so he gets up close and personal and everything’s great! He’s sniffing it, licking it, jumping around it. As he’s bouncing around, his ears are flopping and his tail is wagging – he’s really enjoying the strange oddity he’s come in contact with!
And then he gets a little too close. His paw just happened to touch it with a little firmness, and the lime wedge let out a small squeak! It’s a toy, and it’s not what Sebastian was expecting, because all of a sudden, the poor pup bounces up and adorably makes a quick exit into the garden. He bolts, and leaves the scene but looks on from a safe distance. Who knew a piece of lime could pose such a threat?! Awwww! Poor baby!
