We all appreciate compassion and a heartwarming reaction out of every human, especially when it comes to animals. It’s unfortunate to hear so many negative stories doing the rounds when it comes to how animals are treated at the hands of human beings. We all must be a part of the change and help a furry friend in need, and there are multiple ways to go about it.
The video below shows how one man went out of his way to save an injured condor’s life. Edgardo Della Gaspera rescued the beautiful bird when it fell from its nest and needed help and time to heal. Even after the bird was in better condition, he remained in Edgardo’s care.
The vulture became good friends with the man, and you can see him roaming freely around the farm, that is now his new (but maybe temporary) home.
Local news in Edgardo’s area had made headlines claiming that the bird had left the man’s care, but would return to meet him now and then. The caretaker, however, wants to clear the air that that isn’t the case at all. The bird is still with him, and he’s looking after the animal as it is one of his own.
Edgardo first became famous, and this story went viral because people thought that the bird didn’t forget its rescuer and made frequent trips back to say thank you.
