You can’t deny that a dog has a seemingly endless amount of love and affection to give to its owners. Actually, let me rephrase that. Dogs have an endless amount of love for anyone who shows them love and respect. Just try adopting a beautiful pup, and you’ll see in no time it’s undoubtedly the best way to know you’ll have a loyal friend ’til the end of your days!
While some dogs love the company of humans, some are equally as excited to have a fellow-pup to befriend! Cash, an adorable 12-year old Golden Retriever, shows us just how ecstatic he is when his owner, Marie Ahonen, brought him a new friend to play with.
You see, Cash used to have a good friend by the name of Rosie, but unfortunately, Rosie passed away a few years ago. Since then, the golden retriever found himself feeling rather sad and lost. But, not anymore. Why? Because Cash received the loveliest Christmas present ever this year.
When is owner walked in one day holding an unopened box, Cash could sense something a little different. He didn’t quite know what, but he knew there was something in the box for him. When his owner got inside and put the box down, Cash’s dreams came true when his new best friend, in the form of a puppy, emerged from the box.
What’s equally as adorable is the fact that Marie wrapped the little pup up like a present, allowing Cash to unwrap it! His tail furiously wags, as he sniffs the box out of curiosity and excitement. These two dogs will be enjoying countless hours of play and fun shortly. In fact, the pup will get to grow up with a mentor. A dog who will teach him the ways of dog life! It’s going to be a beautiful companionship, indeed.
And in return, the new addition may just help Cash stay young and vivacious, while the senior pup teaches the ropes of how to operate in this crazy world. This may just be the sweetest thing you see all day, so brace yourself for a few cheesy grins and a warm feeling in your heart!
