Scared Pit Bull Chained To Tree Gets Found And Set Free

Rescuers are like angels sent to help troubled animals go through remarkable recovery.

Finding Cammy

Officer Nick from Fulton County Animal Control in Georgia responded to a call about a lost dog, named Cammy, which he found starving while chained to a tree.

A Breath Of Relief

Cammy immediately cried out when she saw Nick because she’s thankful to finally see someone.

Setting Her Free

Officer Nick gave Cammy some food, comforted her, and with the help of his bolt cutters, set the poor dog free.

Giving Her First Aid

The rescuers reached out to Jason Platt, the founder of the Pit Bull rescue Friends To The Forlorn, who sent Cammy to the vet where she got treated.

Cuddle Moment

The moment Cammy saw Jason, she immediately went and gave him sweet cuddles as if thanking him for being there for her.

Attitude Of Gratitude

While she was getting treated, Cammy wouldn’t stop licking people’s faces because of her happiness in knowing that she was finally around kind people.

Her Recovery

For 7 months, Cammy (now named Zoe) went into a foster home where she met her new family who gave her all the love and care she needed to recover.

The Happiest Dog

Now, Zoe is the happiest dog because she is now healthy and has a loving family who cares for her.
