18 Dogs With Disabilities Visit The Beach For The First Time

Just hearing about going out and being able to play and run makes dogs jump for joy.

Meet Salima

Salima Kadaoui founded SFT Animal Sanctuary in Tangiers, Morocco where animals with disabilities are taken in for rehabilitation.

A Special Day

On July 4, Salima took 18 disabled dogs on a trip to the beach.

They Are Tireless

You can see the excitement everywhere as 18 giddy dogs run all around the beach.

Impressive Speed

Dogs on wheels surprisingly run as fast as their non-disabled friends, and it’s hard not to smile while watching them savor the moment.

Following The Leader

You can see the amount of adoration and respect the dogs have for Salima as they follow her around.

But They Can Also Be Cheeky

The dogs have a great time playing on the sand. One of the dogs tried to be cheeky by stealing one of Salima’s slippers, but he returned it right after playfully nibbling on it.

A Hand To Hold

When asked about how the shelter is going, Salima told the Story Trender, “In total, we have close to 600 animals in the Sanctuary, including dogs, cats, donkeys, and monkeys.”

A Woman To Admire

Those who’ve seen what Salima has done for the dogs admire her heart for the animals who need extra care and love.
